Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy


Some tour operators and travel agents take advance booking, their booking, cancellation and refund policy can be different from us.

They can take 100% or 50% payment at the time of confirmation. They can also take 25% amount to be clear 30 days prior to tour, Balance 25% to be cleared 15 days prior to tour (Domestic Tour).

For international tours they can take minimum 50% payment at the time of confirmation & Balance 50% to be clear 30 days prior to journey (International Tour).

Customer needs to carry the printout of tickets to Airport/ railway station along with valid Photo identity proof.

Bookings can be confirmed only if our Tour Operator or travel agents gets the confirmation of payment clearance to their account. If our Tour Operator fails to receive the above payment, the ticket & or booking shall automatically be cancelled.

There is a possibility of increase of fare because of time gap between quotation of fare and actual booking of tickets, in this case, customer would be informed about the same and increased fare would be collected from the customer.

Additional money for booking modification will be collected from the passenger for any modifications.


TripMagics will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email used at the time of booking.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.

TripMagics will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.

Wallet amount once used for any transaction the remaining amount in the wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account. However, this amount can be used for future booking with us.

TripMagics Tour Operators believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.  Cancellation policy becomes applicable once a package is cancelled for whatsoever reason like illness – minor or major, apprehension of spread of epidemic or apprehension of any other kind, or for late arrival of flight, train or any other reason, whatever it is, even if it happens due to no fault of the person booking the package. Non arrival/participation at the reporting time and date would also be deemed to be Cancelled package and the Cancellation Policy would apply.

A written intimation is required to be furnished to cancel a booking. Verbal, Telephone, Mobile call or Text messages on any platform or any other messenger including WhatsApp is not accepted.

Policy Regarding CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated verbally or by phone to the vendors/merchants. It should be done by showing original receipt and or send a mail to TripMagics Tour Operator along with scan copy of the receipts / voucher within 48 hours of the confirmation.

There is no cancellation allowed on the Same Day of the confirmation.

No cancellations are entertained for the peak season or any special occasions like Durgapuja, Christmas, New Year, Pongal, Holi, Bengali New year, Independence Day, Republic Day, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are special holidays and therefore cancellations are not possible.

There are some hotels, who normally ask for non- refundable deposit at the time of booking. Therefore you are requested to please check with us regarding the refund policy for the same.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Also there is a separate cancellation policy for some hotels those charging for 1 night retention charges if cancelled or amended 30 days in advance & retention for entire stay in cancelled or amended 8 days in advance.

In case of Special Trains Journeys and/or peak season hotel & Airlines bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when Applicable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.

30% of the total amount to be deducted after ensuring and confirming any Group Package / Customize / Tailor Made Tour (Domestic).

50% of the total amount to be charged before 30 days prior to journey (Domestic Tour).

75% of the total amount to be charged before 15 days prior to journey (Domestic Tour).

100 % will be charged within 10 days of the journey. No refund allowed within 10 days of the journey (Domestic Tour).

No Advance money can be refunded for any International package tour.

If any tour cancelled due to climatic condition / Natural calamities, Pandemic, Political strike, road blockage, train cancellations or any kind of circumstances, in that case TripMagics Tour Operators are not liable to refund any amount to the customer. Any extra cost or reschedule cost to be borne by the customer accordingly.

Kindly note that the Cancellation Policy would apply even if TripMagics Tour Operator’s has not incurred any expenses by way of any payment made for booking of hotel rooms, vehicles, boat rentals or for any other facilities required for the tour package. Non-payment of any expense by TripMagics Tour Operator’s Sojourn is not a ground for returning money. The Cancellation Policy would prevail in case of any Cancellation.

In case of any refund, it will be initiated within 30 days of the day of cancellation for the same. will not be responsible for any losses if, for any reason, the debit/credit card, billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in rates or any other charges that may occur during the verification or billing process.


TripMagics Tour Operator management will not undertake any liabilities towards any Damage of life / Property or any Belonging whatsoever of the tourist caused by any accident / robbery or any happening during the tour.

We do not own any Hotel, do not control or operate any Airline / Railways /any other services. Although we try our best to arrange and recommend the best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility for the performance of all / any of the services provided by service providers or for any dissatisfaction, delay, accidents, injuries, loss of life, property, document/s & baggage/s, flight/rail delays, reservations, transportations, insurance, cancellations, suspensions or any other eventuality / irregularity and also for any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdown of any facility, unforeseen mechanical condition of vehicle, act of omission and commissions. It is understood that the client/s shall not bring, make or raise any action. Demand or claim in any respect whatsoever against us, our Employees or Directors or Partners or Proprietor.

We do not carry any independent / additional liability to any client beyond the liability which is reimbursed to us by any hotel, airlines, tour operator or other concerned agencies. Under all circumstances our liability shall be limited only to the amount received by us in this regards.

In case of any claim / dispute the Courts at Ghaziabad, UP, India only shall have the Jurisdiction. Refund: No refund will be made for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature. Any refund due to the client’s on account of cancellation and for changes made in the booking or on any other account will take minimum 30 days to process the refund.

All Tours / Services are subject to Rules and Regulation of the Company, Government of India, Reserve Bank of India or such other rules & regulations as may be applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour before the date of departure. In such case we shall be liable to refund only the amount paid by the client/s without any interest. No other service/s will be provided which are not mentioned in the inclusion part.

While all efforts are made to ensure availability / accuracy of the information through our communications or through our Brochures, Website etc, we accept no responsibility / liability for any errors or omissions.

All disputes and differences will be filed in the courts of Ghaziabad, UP Jurisdiction.

***Booking of the Hotel / Tour / Seat in a package tour of TripMagics Tour Operator means that the passenger / party has accepted the terms and condition / Rules and regulation of TripMagics Tour Operator knowing it clearly.
